Before working with us

What is a Free Systems Checkup?
A short conversation where we learn how your business currently operates — how you attract customers, follow up with leads, and stay organized. We identify the highest-impact starting point for your specific situation with no pressure to commit.
How much does it cost?
The Systems Checkup is completely free. Project pricing starts at $495 for focused single-problem solutions. We always recommend the most practical starting point, not the most expensive one. Full details are on our Pricing page.
Do you work with small businesses?
Small businesses are our entire focus. We work with contractors, service providers, salons, food vendors, local retailers, and owner-operated businesses who are ready to modernize without the complexity of enterprise software.
Do you build websites only?
No. Websites are one part of what we do. We also build lead tracking systems, customer databases, estimate and invoice workflows, automation tools, appointment management, and digital organization systems. Many clients do not need a new website — they need better systems behind the one they already have.

During the project

How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on scope. A focused Quick Start solution can be completed in one to two weeks. A full Business System typically takes three to six weeks. We share a clear timeline before we begin so there are no surprises.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Every project includes a structured revision process. Before anything goes live, you review the work and we make adjustments. If your needs change after launch, our monthly care plans cover continued updates and support.
What information do you need from me?
Most projects require your business name, logo, photos, service descriptions, and contact information. If you use existing tools, we will ask for access details. We walk you through exactly what we need after the checkup — nothing is assumed.

After the project

Who owns the website?
You do. Every website, system, and file we build belongs to your business. We do not retain ownership over any work we create for you.
Can I update it later?
Yes. We build systems you can manage, and we train you or your team on routine updates if needed. If you prefer not to manage it yourself, our monthly care plans cover ongoing changes and maintenance.
Do you provide support?
Yes. After launch we offer monthly care plans starting at $75 per month covering hosting, security, backups, and system monitoring. Higher tiers include priority updates, automation monitoring, and continuous workflow optimization.
Can you expand my system in the future?
Absolutely. Everything we build is designed to grow with your business. We can add features, automate new workflows, build additional tracking systems, or connect tools as your needs evolve. Most clients start with one solution and build on it over time.
